Создание Шанхайской организации сотрудничества увеличило сеть политических взаимодействий, и это открыло новые возможности для регионального сотрудничества. Многое будет зависеть от того, как Китай и Россия - крупнейшие члены ШОС -будут взаимодействовать друг с другом.
